Tasting Notes: Nase: Frisches Heu und eine dezente Vanille-Süße verschmelzen vor dem Hintergrund von etwas Zitronenabrieb mit Noten von junger, knackiger Birne und frisch angerührtem Mürbeteig, die schließlich in Butterkuchen übergehen. Gaumen: Weich und malzig-süß mit etwas Vanille, Butterkuchen und sanfter Eichenwürze. Die Früchte – Birne, Quitte und Zitronenzeste – treten etwas in den Hintergrund. Nachklang: Malzig-süß mit besonders feiner Eichenwürze und sehr sanften Fruchtnoten mit wahrnehmbarer Birne.
