Tasting Notes: Nase: Trocken und fruchtig mit Bratapfel und Orange, dann süßer werdend mit Feige, Rosinen und Marzipan. Gaumen: Mundfüllend. Eine anfänglich trockene Fruchtsüße mit Johannisbeeren und Bitterschokolade schlägt zu ausgesprochen aromatisch-würzigen Noten von Leder, Eiche und frisch gemahlenen Kaffeebohnen um. Nachklang: Komplex. Mehr Würze und erneut Fruchtnoten von Kirsche und flambiertem Apfel, abgelöst von unerwartetem Rauch mit Malz.
