Tasting Notes: Nase: Waldhonig, schwarzer Tee mit Zitrone und Boskop-Apfel verschmelzen vor dem Hintergrund einer sehr feinen Spur Thymian. Dazu: grüne, noch nicht ganz reife Birne. Gaumen: Deutlich süßer als in der Nase. Waldhonig mit feiner Würze in Kombination mit einem Anflug von Tanninen, karamellisiertem Boskop-Apfel und einer leicht anklingenden, abrundenden Bitterkeit. Nachklang: Süß und lang, mit Übergang zu dezenter Frucht, bevor auch hier die Bitterkeit angenehm abrundet.
