Tasting Notes: Nase: Speckkirsche mit Pfirsich, gezuckerten Haferflocken und Crème brûlée. Im Hintergrund eine schwache Andeutung von Zimt. Gaumen: Sämig-öliges Mundgefühl. Crème brûlée verschmilzt mit feiner, Kräuterwürze und karamellisiertem Pfirsich, zum Ende abgerundet durch eine angenehme, leicht tanninige Bitterkeit aus dem Fass. Nachklang: ang, wärmend und leicht fruchtig, wobei die Kräuterwürze überwiegt.
