Tasting Notes: Nase: Maritimer Torfrauch verschmilzt mit dunkler Weintraube und Räucherspeck als Grundnote. Dazu stoßen Roggenknäckebrot und eine leichte Honigsüße. Gaumen: Kräftiger Torfrauch, balanciert von mit Honig übergossenen Früchten, kandiertem Bacon, einem Hauch von Gartenkräutern und erneuter Süße. Nachklang: Lang, mit Torfrauch und deutlicher, nur langsam abklingender Süße.
