Tasting Notes:

Nase:
Dunkle Süße und feines Heidekraut, dazu ganz dezent Rauch, mit leicht maritimen, jodhaltigen, mineralischen Anklängen sowie Erdbeeren aus dem Rumtopf und Nuss

Gaumen:
Cremig-weich mit Nuss und einer Spur Jod. Dann fruchtiger werdend mit Früchten aus dem Rumtopf, die zu Heidekraut und mineralischen Noten übergehen. Wieder maritimer werdend und gegen Ende eine feine, aber etwas stärkere Torfrauchnote als in der Nase.

Nachklang:
Lang, sehr abwechslungsreich und beinahe filigran.
