Tasting Notes: Nase: Süße Vanille, karamellisierte Birne und Streuselkuchen, dazu später Mürbeteig, ein wenig Banane und zuletzt reifer Apfel. Gaumen: Weich, leicht und spritzig, mit Vanille-Kuchenteig, kontrastiert von etwas zu lang karamellisierter Birne sowie später Tannine und eine kaum wahrnehmbare Holzrauchnote. Nachklang: Mittellang mit Vanille, Keksen, einer Spur holziger Bitterkeit und sehr subtilem Holzrauch.
