Tasting Notes: Nase: Getreidig mit Butterkeks, übergehend in Erdbeer-Rhabarber-Kompott. Nach und nach schwindet die säuerliche Rhabarber-Note und beerige Eindrücke nehmen zu, ergänzt von Kirschen. Gaumen: Weiter getreidig mit malziger Süße und Keks. Dazu stößt ein Hauch roter Früchte mit Kirschen, Himbeeren und einer Spur Erdbeere, der zu Rohrzucker übergeht. Nachklang: Trockene, getreidige Süße mit roten Beerenfrüchten, die zum Finale den Süßegrad steigert.
