Original Tasting Notes: Nose: The nose has peat smoke with some medicinal notes and fresh sea air. Palate: The palate is lovely and smooth with vanilla, some big lemony notes, charred oak and spice. Over time some nutty flavours appear with a touch of sea salt. Finish: A long warm and cosy finish with spiced ginger and black pepper.
