Tasting Notes: Nase: Unverkennbar Ben Nevis, aber deutlich cremiger als andere Vertreter aus Sherry Casks. Gut eingebundener, kaum spürbarer Alkohol. Auf einen sehr fruchtigen Antritt mit Erdbeer-Joghurt-Sahnebonbons folgen süßliche rote Früchte wie Kirsche, süße Vanille und leicht verbranntes Karamell. Darüber wabert die unverkennbare, leicht muffige Ben-Nevis-Note. Gaumen: Zunächst sehr kraftvoll und würzig, mit Mokka und Kakao. Dann zeigt sich erneut die Süße mit etwas Milchschokolade, Toffee und Anklängen von Puderzucker, belgeitet von ein wenig Limettenabrieb. Der Mittelpart ist wie die Nase angenehm rotfruchtig mit Erdbeere und Kirsche. Nachklang: Eine angenehme Holznote und weiterhin schöne Schokoladennoten.
