Tasting Notes: Nase: Rohrzucker und dunkle Fruchtnoten von roter Grütze, Kirschen und Pflaumenkompott. Dazu ein Hauch Pfeifentabak. Gaumen: Gehaltvoll, voluminös und sämig, mit Rohrzucker und aufblitzendem schwarzen Pfeffer. Dazu stößt bei zunehmender Fruchtigkeit erneut rote Grütze, abgelöst von Pflaumenkompott. Nachklang: Mittellang und sehr fruchtig.
