Tasting Notes: Nase: Trocken, mit spritzig-fruchtigen Noten vor dem Hintergrund weißer Schokolade, Sahnejoghurt mit hellem Mischobst und Papaya. Gaumen: Der Nase ähnlich, aber in der Frucht weniger spritzig. Dafür mit deutlichen Birnennoten und Zitronen-Tarte. Nachklang: Nicht zu lang, trocken. Frucht geht in Kuchenteig über.
