Tasting Notes: Nase: Süße Weintrauben und Erika verschmelzen mit Vanille, Spritzgebäck, Feigen und Kompott aus sehr reifen Äpfeln. Im Hintergrund sehr fein Rosmarin und Apfelkuchen mit Streuseln. Gaumen: Kräuterig-würzig mit Eiche, Vanille-Süße und erneut Spritzgebäck. Nach und nach fruchtiger werdend mit süßen Trauben und Bratapfel, ohne aber die Kräuternote zu verlieren. Nachklang: Kräuterig-süß mit Noten reifer heller Trauben sowie Bratapfel und Streusel.
